What is "Lucuma" Powder?
"Lucuma, nicknamed the “gold of the Incas,” is the fruit of the Pouteria lucuma tree native to South America. It has a hard, green outer shell and soft, yellow flesh with a dry texture and sweet flavour that’s often likened to maple. The fruit is deyhydrated and milled - a process designed to retain the fruit's high nutritional value."
